Groveland Family & Crisis Counseling
Faith-based Therapy and Evaluation Services for Central Florida
Rev. Kevin M. Drinka, MCC - LPC, CSAC
Kevin is no novice when it comes to helping people. With 25 years of practical and pastoral ministry experience, he has helped hundreds of people walk through difficult valleys, overcome obstacles, and face many of life's challenges. He employs the use of Scripture, prayer, and his knowledge of God's having worked in his own life through Jesus Christ in his counseling approach as he relates to his clients. Kevin challenges people to think differently about their situation by helping them learn from the event, he presents new ways of looking at things, and reinforces these ideas by using practical illustrations. One of his greatest joys is to help each person walk in the victory God has for them!
Kevin is a Licensed Pastoral Counselor, licensed by FACCT (Federal Association of Christian Counselors & Therapists, Inc.) and is also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. Kevin is passionate about helping people come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior, to walk in forgiveness and newness of life, and in achieving personal goals. Kevin shares his love for the Lord and the Word of God in every one of his counseling sessions.

Kevin was a Batterer's Intervention Program provider who used to minister to the perpetrators of domestic violence for many years, but he was prohibited by the Florida Department of Children and Families when they enacted Administrative Code 65H-2.017(2)(e), which targeted and eliminated faith-based BIP providers statewide. Kevin is glad to still be able to minister to the victims of domestic violence, something that he praises God for!
Kevin earned his Master's Degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty Bible College & Seminary of Homosassa, Florida.
